Everything is made from scratch, on site. No packet mixes, no flavour pastes, no artificial colours. The meringues, the cookie crumb and the rest of the elements are made by hand in our kitchen. It is how our family has always made it.
Our Fairfield kitchen is accredited by Coeliac Australia, and we were the first gelato brand in Australia to earn that.

We make gelato in 5 litre rectangle tubs and round pozzetti, in a mix of standard and premium dairy flavours and sorbets. Ask us for the current flavour list.
